Job Overview

Are you passionate about real estate, construction, or interior design? We're looking for independent contractors to join our team as Residential Insurance Appraisers. This role allows you to work flexibly from your own home or office, servicing both virtual and physical survey assignments in the Eau Claire, WI area and surrounding regions.

What You'll Do

Conduct property surveys for high-value homes, either on-site or virtually, following specific guidelines.

Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in-person.

Identify and document construction materials, unique home features, and potential hazards.

Measure homes and structures on the property to determine replacement values.

Input survey data into web-based forms for client review and processing.

What You'll Need

Strong communication skills and ability to manage your own schedule.

Access to a digital camera, Windows-based computer, high-speed internet, and reliable vehicle.

Tools like a laser measuring device, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel.

Auto and general liability insurance.
