POSITION SUMMARY

The House Manager is responsible for maintaining the client's property in Scottsdale, Arizona/Miami FL/Cabo. This individual will coordinate with the Executive Assistants in order to provide optimal support for household responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, demonstrate proactive communication, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.


OBJECTIVES

  • Household cleaning every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and unpacking of suitcases promptly after trips
  • Outdoor patio and furniture cleaning weekly
  • Organizing cabinets, drawers, and garages of the client's household
  • Handle timely and proactive vendor management-related duties such as arranging for lawn care, repair services, etc.
  • Responsible for weekly grocery shopping to ensure the kitchen and other household items are fully stocked
  • Updating and managing household binders for AZ, FL, WA, MX
  • Responsible for decorating the house for holidays, storing and organizing decorations, and holiday gift wrapping
  • Complete package returns and deliveries on a weekly basis and in a timely fashion
  • Must be able to travel to Washington state and Florida for any home organization and moving on a quarterly basis
  • Provide exceptional office support, including (but not limited to) picking up VIPs, running errands, and completing office-related tasks on a monthly basis
  • Work with personal security of the client's as well as keep vehicles clean, gassed up, and detailed upon arrival into AZ


COMPETENCIES

  • Possess the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, Executive Assistants, and company VIPs
  • Understanding of the client's preferences regarding cleanliness, organization of the household and property
  • Possess an eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Ability to think ahead and be proactive to predict the client’s needs
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills in order to complete various projects and tasks
  • Possess great communication skills and personal judgment
  • Ability to hold other vendors and maintenance personnel accountable for completing tasks up to standard
  • Great coordination and planning skills
  • Must have a clean driving record


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Substantial experience in household management, event coordination, and travel planning
  • Experience working with vendor management companies
  • Experience with the upkeep of a household in a professional setting


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, reaching, and sitting
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry at least 30 lbs
  • Must have a vehicle and clean driving record
  • Must own a phone, have access to Google Calendar, and an organized way of keeping track of tasks that need to be completed
