Our independent living community offers several lifestyle options for active adults and is committed to promoting good health in a neighborly atmosphere.NeighborCare is recruiting for the key position of Resident Services Coordinator.Full Time Positions Available on 1st or 2nd ShiftMISSION STATEMENT:The position of Resident Services Coordinator is an in-residence coordinator of resident services, activities, events, and processes within the building who provides excellent customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and resident retention.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Help assist with activities, give support the residents, getting engage with resident on campus. Help coordinate volunteers and special services to the residents.Assist with moved in or move out of residents, collecting monthly rent from residents.Assists in Operations of Business OfficeAssists in Maintaining Safe and Secure EnvironmentMonitors Vacant Apartments, Amenities, Common Areas, Building, and GroundsDocument attendance of resident monthly activities and volunteers hours.Promotes Resident AssimilationCoordinates Service RequestsServes as a Resident Advocate and Social Coordinator for our residentsServes as a point of contact for residents, their visitors, and their families and communicates regularly with management regarding maintenance, building, and resident issuesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:High School Diploma or GED Equivalent3-5 years experience in an administrative, management, clerical, or related goalSenior Living experience a plusMust understand: Power point, Excel, Outlook, spread sheet, basic accounting skills,Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skillsOrganizational and administrative skillsBasic computer skillsWillingness to learn and follow company policies and proceduresBenefitsAs a NeighborCare employee you will enjoy competitive wages and PTO plans.
