Responsibilities
Help the residents out with all sorts of daily stuff, from brushing their hair to taking their meds.
Build relationships with residents, getting to know them well and giving empathetic care.
Take part in making the community a real hoot by joining in on recreational activities, events, and outings.
Work together with the care team to make sure everyone's feeling physically, emotionally, and socially healthy.
Keep things super clean, safe, and hygienic.
Qualifications
Aww shucks, you just gotta be kind-hearted, patient, and sympathetic to senior folks.
You're a great communicator and love chatting with all sorts of peeps.
You're a fantastic team player and happy to pitch in wherever you're needed.
A high school degree or equivalent is what you need, but if you've got a CNA certification then you're totally crushing it.
Sure, it's real cool if you've worked in a senior living or healthcare setup before, but if not that's fine too.
