Who We’re Looking For

RESERVATIONS AGENT

Then this could be the job for you. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be responding to reservation requests and providing prompt, courteous guest service with a smile.

What To Expect

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

• Respond to guest reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous and accurate guest service.
• Inform and educate guests by explaining processes, providing hotel and local information and responding to questions.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking process, obtain all pertinent information to complete reservations.
• Assist in covering necessary shifts in order to maintain required call center hours.
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Hotel Front Desk or Reservation experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
