DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Court Research is the process of going to the courthouse and looking at public documents. The Court Researcher will travel to courthouses to conduct research onsite to provide criminal or civil case information for the purpose of a Candidate’s background check. Court Researcher will use various criminal and civil court computer indexes, as well as engaging with court clerk staff when necessary to provide complete and accurate case information
REQUIREMENTS:
Must maintain clean driving record, and have valid driver’s license Must have reliable transportation, and be able to travel to assigned court locations daily Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports Retrieves case information from indexes on computer or paper files Physical Stamina
