Summary: This Fortune 50 Tech company is seeking a Qualitative Researcher V to join their team. This position is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally across the organization to tactical qualitative user research throughout the product lifecycle and move product concepts through the product development funnel and bring them to market.
Job Responsibilities:
Investigate ways to improve the end-user interaction with computer programs to increase satisfaction and overall use.
Create reports based on market trends and user surveys, analyze the information and report observations to the product team.
Conduct usability and concept testing to drive good user experiences.
Work with other researchers and internal teams to form a cohesive user experience platform.
Conduct research to gather results for future versions of the product or service.
Create user scenarios and stories to coordinate with other teams.
Skills:
Qualitative User Research (Interviews, Concept Testing, Heuristic Evaluation, Usability Testing)
Verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Qualifications:
6+ years’ experience working high tech experience at a FAANG company.
Experience with usability testing and concept testing.
Qualitative research experience.
Education
BA, BS, MA in HCI or a Related Field (Psychology, Sociology, etc.
