Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Researcher Director at The Purpose Coach. As a Researcher Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all research activities within the organization. You will lead a team of researchers, develop research strategies, manage projects, and ensure the quality and accuracy of research findings. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on the research findings.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and managerial abilities
Expertise in research methodologies and data analysis
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in using research tools and software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the coaching or personal development industry is a plus
Master's degree or Ph.D. in a related field
