Research Coordinator

Great opportunity as a Research Coordinator for a Global Investment firm that specializes in biopharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

Our Asset Selection team allocates capital to support public and private companies as well as academics and entrepreneurs. We are also actively engaged in forming new companies through our in-house discovery efforts. In the role of Research Coordinator, you will support the work of the Asset Selection team.

Support our growing Research Data Management department with research, maintaining the medical conference tracker which consists of over 200 events per year. The Research Coordinator will also play a crucial role in coordinating travel and conference logistics such as planning KOL events. They will be responsible for managing research team vendors and maintaining vendor relationships.

In addition, the Research Coordinator will support the team in providing administrative needs including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management. They will report to the Senior Research Specialist. Success in this role requires incredible attention to detail and high competency in project management.
