Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create biweekly due diligence materials for Research Analyst(s).
  • Maintain the Research Committee meeting calendar and minutes.
  • Maintain the Stock and Fund Buy Lists and Preferred Funds List.
  • Update stock and fund scoring systems.
  • Maintain quantitative ranking, recommendation history and performance tracking spreadsheets.
  • Update model portfolios and security definitions in the portfolio management software.
  • Maintain and update the Investments page on Modera's intranet.
  • Provide support to clients with private investments by handling account paperwork and subscription documents, monitoring capital calls, downloading K-1s, and maintaining contacts with our private investment managers.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the research and investment process.

Qualifications for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel; experience with portfolio management/rebalancing software a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning. Interest in and/or progress toward professional designations such as CFA charter, CIMA, CAIA preferred.
