Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create biweekly due diligence materials for Research Analyst(s).
Maintain the Research Committee meeting calendar and minutes.
Maintain the Stock and Fund Buy Lists and Preferred Funds List.
Update stock and fund scoring systems.
Maintain quantitative ranking, recommendation history and performance tracking spreadsheets.
Update model portfolios and security definitions in the portfolio management software.
Maintain and update the Investments page on Modera's intranet.
Provide support to clients with private investments by handling account paperwork and subscription documents, monitoring capital calls, downloading K-1s, and maintaining contacts with our private investment managers.
Other duties as assigned to support the research and investment process.
Qualifications for this position:
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel; experience with portfolio management/rebalancing software a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning. Interest in and/or progress toward professional designations such as CFA charter, CIMA, CAIA preferred.
