Research Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings.
• Design and implement research studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Utilize statistical software and tools to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop research methodologies and protocols.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of research projects.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities.
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals.
• Stay current with advancements in the field by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Participate in training and development opportunities offered by the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or other related field.
• Proven experience in conducting research and data analysis.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
