Research And Development Chemist

We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role you will need to hold an expert understanding of chemistry- a current, in progress, or completed PhD is required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Postdoctoral Researcher, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist, Postdoctoral Medicinal Chemist

Responsibilities:

• Come up with diverse problems and solutions to train AI models
• Identify and solve complex problems across AI models
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications:

• A current, in progress, or completed PhD is required
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/ spatial reasoning
