Job Overview:

As a Rescue Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations and providing technical rescue services to individuals in a variety of settings. You will work closely with our clients to assess, plan, and execute rescue operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency situations and conduct on-site rescue operations
• Conduct thorough assessments of the emergency situation and develop an effective rescue plan
• Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and team members during high-stress situations
• Perform technical rope and confined space rescues as needed
• Provide first aid and basic life support services when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation of all rescue operations and complete incident reports
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on site
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve rescue processes and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in emergency response or technical rescue field
• Valid CPR, First Aid and AED certifications
• Experience with technical rope and confined space rescue techniques
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high-stress and physically demanding situations
• Available to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency response services
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
  
  

Salary: $28,000 to $40,000 yearly
