Reporting Analyst

The Multifamily Reporting Analyst will be accountable for constructing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making. This team member will be responsible for fulfilling all reporting needs and promptly addressing ad hoc data requests.

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with them to develop data visualizations and reports that meet their needs.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement data models and data warehousing strategies to support reporting needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with the latest BI technologies and trends and recommend new solutions to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.

What you should bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, data analytics or a related field.
• 2+ Years’ experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, visualizations, and report creation.
• 2+ Years’ experience with SQL
• 1+ Years’ experience with Python or other OOP
• 2+ Years' experience with Excel skills, VBA preferred
