The Multifamily Reporting Analyst will be accountable for constructing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making. This team member will be responsible for fulfilling all reporting needs and promptly addressing ad hoc data requests.
Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with them to develop data visualizations and reports that meet their needs.
Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement data models and data warehousing strategies to support reporting needs.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Stay up to date with the latest BI technologies and trends and recommend new solutions to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
What you should bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, data analytics or a related field.
2+ Years’ experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, visualizations, and report creation.
2+ Years’ experience with SQL
1+ Years’ experience with Python or other OOP
2+ Years' experience with Excel skills, VBA preferred
