Our specialized team invests in solar, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure with a focus on C&I and distributed generation applications. Make an Impact

As an analyst or associate (dependent on experience) joining the Bridge Renewable Energy investments team, you will take an active role leading all stages of the deal process from origination, underwriting, financing and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to conduct due diligence, run complex financial analyses, and support the preparation of transaction memoranda. This is a hands-on role that will allow you the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the deal team to lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of transactions focused on renewable energy infrastructure (solar, energy storage, EV charging, etc.).
• Prepare and manage project-level financial models for investment analysis and risk assessment.
• Assist the deal team on platform financing and capital raising.
• Assist in the coordination of portfolio-level due diligence.
• Write investment memorandums and prepare presentations summarizing key findings from internal and external sources.

What you should bring

• Minimum 2 years working within an investment banking or project finance setting; preference for experience related to structured finance and/or renewable energy but not required.
• Proven experience developing and working within complex financial models
• Demonstrated experience working autonomously as well as part of a highly collaborative and high-performance team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
