Job Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations by receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability
• Interact with clients via phone and email to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations
• Assist clients during the reservation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience while addressing any special requests or concerns
• Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed
• Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and spa treatments, to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
• Assist clients with general inquiries, directions, and information about local attractions and services
• Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality
