1 Program Management The contractor shall provide Program Management support to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logist[1]ical, and integration aspects of the contract.

The contractor shall assign a Program Manager, as defined in the Key Personnel section, who shall serve as the primary point of contact to ensure compliance with all the con[1]tract requirements.

The contractor shall ensure that there is adequate coverage in instances when the primary Program Manager may be unavailable.

The contractor shall continuously monitor the performance of this con[1]tract and provide the AO with a timely assessment of program progress, risks, issues, and proposed solutions.

The Contractor Shall

• Develop, deliver and maintain a Program Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (PWS 2.1.1).
• Organize daily program tasks throughout all stages of the program lifecycle. USCA24Q0042 - Page 8 of 29
• Provide a monthly Program Status Report (PSR) on the activities and milestones completed and deliver[1]ables submitted for each task for the past month (PWS2.1.2).
• Prepare and deliver a senior management level monthly Program Progress Review (PPR) consisting of a summary of all completed and in process task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics (PWS 2.1.3).
• Establish milestones and activities that are planned for the next reporting period.
• Manage milestones and ensure that targets are being tracked, escalating when targets are at risk in a timely manner.
• Provide a Quality Control Plan that defines program controls and how quality will be monitored and main[1]tained (PWS 2.1.4).
• Document and manage risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  
  

The Program Manager has the responsibility to escalate or raise issues and concerns and serve as a communication and escalation point for the Govern[1]ment. i. Support communication efforts to Judiciary customers and stakeholders. j. Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken.
