They are looking for a junior candidate with 3-5 years’ experience who understands investor trade workflows and the clearance and settlement cycle. They have 2 implementations under way, and this person would learn the software (TBA Mortgage Master) from the ground up and be the point person for these implementations (the buffer to the Managing Partner) and handle all communications and issues with the end client. The Managing Director will train on the software, train on the 5 standard procedures in SQL (need to know SQL, not write SQL statements) and train on their MS Services such as reviewing Trade workflows that are sent in XML or Excel format and determining where there was an error in uploading their trade and attempting to correct it. The managing partner will be a wealth of knowledge to this person and prepare them for the day-to-day workflow and implementation questions. They must be an excellent communicator both written and oral.

Responsibilities
Learn end-to-end processing of TBA Mortgage Master
Participate in implementation meetings
Document customer requests and perform business analysis
Train business users on TBA Mortgage Master
Test workflows and provide feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Participate in and maintain a knowledge base of the product and infrastructure
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in investment trade operations workflows and clearance and settlement cycle
U.S. MBS securities knowledge highly desirable not mandatory
Prefer investment management operations vs. broker/dealer operations experience.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Systems Knowledge: SQL, Microsoft services, XML, Outlook, Excel, Word
