What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform site initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits
• Verify accuracy and completeness of clinical data entered in the electronic case report form (eCRF)
• Manage site communication and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
• Resolve queries remotely and on-site, providing guidance to site staff
• Review and reconcile the Investigator Site File (ISF) for accuracy and completeness
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA degree
• Minimum of 2 years of site management and field monitoring experience
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations for clinical trials
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Proven planning skills; ability to create and track detailed project plans
