Staff Experience at Blue Bronna

Our staff members share their awe-inspiring moments, such as standing on mountain peaks, witnessing breathtaking landscapes, and delivering extraordinary adventures beyond the ordinary outdoor camps.
Facilities and Programs
Blue Bronna operates two facilities: Willow Creek, our resident camp in the foothills, and Coat Creek, located in the mountains. Our diverse programs cater to a wide range of campers, including Kids Camps, Teen Camps specializing in horsemanship, survival skills, and photography, as well as Family Camps offering unique experiences like Special Needs Family Camps and themed camps for fathers and daughters. Additionally, we host rental groups from organizations like Teen Challenge and Youth For Christ, serving various communities in need.
Camp Life and Activities
Experience the thrill of working in a small camp environment with 35 campers per session and a dedicated team of 20 staff members. At Blue Bronna, staff members rotate between facilities, gaining exposure to various aspects of camp life. From horseback riding and rock climbing to wilderness excursions and engaging talks, every day offers exciting opportunities for growth and adventure.

Compensation And Benefits
All paid positions at Blue Bronna Wilderness Camp offer a guaranteed monthly stipend of $1,000 (CAD), in addition to room and board. Canadian staff members also have the opportunity to raise additional funds through personal networks and church connections.
