What You Will Be Doing

• Collect and analyze data that impacts all aspects of job to maximize quality and accuracy of bid in a timely manner
• Review and compile "take-off" quantities, existing cost history, calculations to ensure accuracy
• Participate in estimate and bid reviews
• Competitor analysis
• Review and report drawings, specifications and proposed project site conditions
• Analyze alternative solutions and construction methods
• Analyze and communicate bidding risks and strategies
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to ensure field operations understanding of scope of job
• Maintain and support all internal safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures
• Manage projects to completion after award
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Experience with HeavyBid HCSS or similar software
  
  

More Than 5 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of

• Paving
• Grading
• Excavation
