Remote Project Manager - Owners Rep

Requirements
- Developer, Owner, Operator experience as a Project Manager for Utility Scale Projects throughout the entire project's lifecycle
- Experience managing a minimum of at least 3 utility scale Solar, Wind, BESS, or Combination of projects

Responsibilities

- Ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management, especially regarding cost forecasts and estimated completion costs.
- Oversee, train, and supervise the project team according to company policy; mentor younger employees to support their professional growth and career development.
- Review contract conditions and ensure compliance with all terms.
- Oversee the documentation of all significant project events, such as accidents, delays, and Change Orders.
- Lead preconstruction services and activities.
- Negotiate, prepare, and issue subcontract bid packages.
- Manage project risk effectively; assess the likelihood and impact of potential risk events, and develop mitigation plans with the project team and SRE operations management.
