REMOTE POSSIBLE PART-TIME TALENT ASSESSOR AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $62,500K to $93,750K (based upon candidate and experience)

Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced analytical, detail-oriented Talent Assessor to join its Human Resources Group as part of the Talent Assessment & Performance (TAP) Team, supporting its core principle of hiring and cultivating extraordinary people.

In this Part-time (25-hrs Weekly | Mon-Fri), Twelve (12) Month LTA-Long Term Assignment, you will play a key role in the candidate evaluation and hiring process and have the chance to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment. A high performer in the role may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at the firm.

The location of this role is flexible, with the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere on Mainland U.S. or based in one of our U.S. offices (New York, NY; Rye, NY; Wellesley, MA; Princeton, NJ; Overland Park, KS; Denver, CO; and Menlo Park, CA). For actual Onboarding, you will most likely have to come to the NYC Headquarter Office.

If you opt to be in office, we have returned in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; and an Advanced Degree in Industrial-organizational Psychology or another Human Resources field is strongly preferred
  • At least Three (3) years of experience, preferably in a Human Resources or Talent Management role, and be available for 25 hours every week (Monday-Friday).
  • Previous experience as an Assessor in individual or group behavioral assessments (i.e., an individual who has worked withing an assessment center), or other assessment related experience
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including experience interviewing subjects from a range of backgrounds, are essential
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information is a must
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
You will collaborate with members of TAP and Recruiting to assist with early interviews for one of the most critical talent pipelines at the firm. You will conduct competency-based structured interviews and provide written feedback in a clear, concise, and well-structured format for consideration by senior management as part of our hiring process. This work is often time-sensitive, as candidates in our hiring process frequently have competing offers and deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing talent assessment projects.
