Remote Opportunity: CLM Organization Change Manager

Role: CLM Organization Change Manager Locations: Columbus OH/ Remote Duration: 10+ months Requirement: The CLM Organization Change Manager will be responsible for managing the change management process for the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system within an organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement a change management strategy that ensures the successful adoption of the CLM system. The role requires strong change management skills, experience in implementing CLM, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a change management strategy for the implementation of the CLM system. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the organizational impact of the CLM system and identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and implement a communication plan that ensures stakeholders are informed of the changes and their roles and responsibilities in the new system. Develop and deliver training programs that prepare stakeholders for the new system. Develop and implement a reinforcement plan that supports sustained adoption of the new system. Manage resistance to change and provide coaching to stakeholders to ensure that they are able to adapt to the new system. Ensure that the change management process is integrated into the overall project plan and is executed on time and within budget. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the change management process. Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on the progress of the change management process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or organizational development. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably with experience in implementing CLM. Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Change management certification such as Prosci is preferred.
