Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Mobile Notary Public to specialize in real estate closings. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Conduct mobile notarial acts for real estate closings, including loan signings, mortgage documents, and property deeds.
Travel to client locations as needed to facilitate signings, ensuring all documents are properly executed and compliant with legal requirements.
Verify the identities of signers, witness their signatures, and administer oaths or affirmations as necessary.
Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to coordinate signings and address any specific requirements.
Maintain accurate records of notarial acts and transactions, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
Active Notary Public commission in your state.
Previous experience as a mobile notary public, with a focus on real estate closings, is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of real estate documents and transaction processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion of signings.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per real estate closing, based on experience and location.
