Remote IOP Therapist - Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - 55.00 per hour DOE

Hours: 10-15 hours per week, 90 minute sessions scheduled within 4pm-10 pm EST

Can live anywhere but must be fully licensed in MD, VA, D.C, MO, UT, PA, AZ, IL OR, KS, MT, and/or TX

Embark Behavioral Health is currently looking for experienced therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to join the Virtual IOP team as a part-time, remote IOP Therapist. The position offers an expected pay range of $50-$55 per hour, depending on experience. It is essential that the candidate is prepared to pursue licensure in additional states (or already has multi-state licensure), with full reimbursement provided by the company. If already licensed in three of our active states, eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus!

Minimum of 20 hours per week during group hours scheduled between 9am-7pm PST, 10am-8pm MST, 11am-9pm CST, or 12-10pm EST

• Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) in MD, VA, D.C, MO, UT, PA, AZ, IL OR, KS, MT, and/or TX
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients
• Lead IOP group sessions
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning

• Perform intake assessments, individual and family therapy, and group therapy
• Make an impact on adolescent and young adult (ages 12-28) anxiety and depression

• Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities is preferred.
