- Manage sales incentives, including commission administration
- Partner with Sales and HR leadership on incentive planning and analysis
- Develop and maintain the Customer Master function for optimal customer tracking
- Manage sales tracings, billbacks, chargebacks, and administrative fees
- Lead pricing administration activities and resolve pricing discrepancies
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related commercial role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
- Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally
- Experience in medical device sales operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
