What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage sales incentives, including commission administration
• Partner with Sales and HR leadership on incentive planning and analysis
• Develop and maintain the Customer Master function for optimal customer tracking
• Manage sales tracings, billbacks, chargebacks, and administrative fees
• Lead pricing administration activities and resolve pricing discrepancies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related commercial role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
• Experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally
