- Develop and maintain Customer Master function for optimized customer tracking
- Oversee sales tracings, billbacks, chargebacks, and pricing management
- Lead pricing administration activities and prepare for upcoming challenges
- Develop meaningful sales and contract productivity reports and metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
- JD Edwards and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally
- Experience in JD Edwards or Salesforce
