What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage sales incentives, commissions administration, and incentive planning
• Develop and maintain Customer Master function for optimized customer tracking
• Oversee sales tracings, billbacks, chargebacks, and pricing management
• Lead pricing administration activities and prepare for upcoming challenges
• Develop meaningful sales and contract productivity reports and metrics
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
• JD Edwards and Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally
