Who our client is: A long-standing agency out of Denver, CO. They’re looking for a competitive, growth-oriented Remote Licensed Sales Producer in the state of Colorado that’s interested in beginning their insurance journey with a top-notch team!

JOB OPPORTUNITY: Remote Licensed Sales Producer

BASE: $36,000 annually

TOTAL COMP: $68,000- $95,000 annually with top producers earning over $100,000 + annually.

HOURS: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (flexible hours available)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound and inbound calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Cross-selling current customers
• Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Professional development and training

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of prior sales experience
• A thorough understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great phone skills
• Good work ethic
• Be coachable
• Team player
