Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Network Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our network and data, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.
Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for team members.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Project Management: Oversee IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with IT management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
