Job Title: Remote Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor hospitality services accordingly
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues or concerns promptly

Hospitality Coordination:

  • Coordinate with hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and other hospitality partners to ensure seamless arrangements for clients
  • Oversee the booking process, room allocations, special requests, and any other logistics related to client accommodations and experiences

Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards of service quality by conducting regular evaluations and audits of hospitality partners
  • Address any service deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance the overall client experience

Remote Team Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members, including travel advisors, customer service representatives, and other stakeholders, to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure consistent delivery of hospitality services

Problem Solving and Crisis Management:

  • Handle emergencies, disruptions, or unexpected challenges that may arise during clients' travels, demonstrating quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Implement contingency plans and communication protocols to manage crises effectively and minimize impact on clients' experiences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, customer service, or travel industry roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and hospitality partners
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology platforms
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and handle urgent situations as they arise
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
