We are looking for experienced, organized, motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinators to join our amazing business opportunity, remotely. The ideal candidates for this role will have a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality services, travel and will be able to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks to ensure the clients have a positive travel experience.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of hospitality/travel operations, from planning to execution
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner
Monitor budgets and track expenses related to hospitality services
Requirements:
Experience in the hospitality field, customer service, or related field BUT we are willing to train as well!
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work multiple shifts and hours as needed
Must have computer or smart phone
Must have work authorization for the United States
