We are looking for experienced, organized, motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinators to join our amazing business opportunity, remotely. The ideal candidates for this role will have a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality services, travel and will be able to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks to ensure the clients have a positive travel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of hospitality/travel operations, from planning to execution
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Monitor budgets and track expenses related to hospitality services

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality field, customer service, or related field BUT we are willing to train as well!
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts and hours as needed
  • Must have computer or smart phone
  • Must have work authorization for the United States
