JOB DETAILS

Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Location: 100% Remote

Equipment: Provided

Pay: Base pay + uncapped bonuses

Normal Hours: Mon - Fri, regular business hours

Open Enrollment Hours (8 week period): Overtime available and weekends.

Brief List of Job Responsibilities:

• Receive mostly inbound calls from interested customers regarding Medicare expenses and coverage optimization.
• Identify consumer insurance needs and effectively sell insurance plans/products over the phone.
• Provide excellent service through actively and empathetically listening to callers.
• Adhere to company standards while meeting goals.
  
  

Requirements:

• High Speed Internet and a quiet home office environment.
• Possess a current health insurance license and be licensed in your state of residence.
• Reside in one of the following time zones: EST, CST, or MST.
• Have a sales mindset and a strong understanding of Medicare products.
• Previous experience working during an open enrollment period.
