JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly effective and motivated Enrollment Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5 years of corporate experience and is able to empathize with our target customer base to convert (provided) leads into coaching clients. This role requires a candidate who is numbers driven, can build rapport easily with working professionals, displays accountability and can drive success with the tools we provide. These tools include an influx of leads via our podcast, CRM, Ads and free webinars. WHAT WE OFFER:

  • $50K Base + 10% commission = On-Track-Earnings of $150k conservatively

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage leads and follow up to stay on task until deals are closed
  • Organic lead generation processes (LinkedIn, FB, IG, etc.)
  • Seeking out potential podcasts, speaking opportunities, and affiliates
  • Email marketing, text message campaigns, etc.
  • Building a qualified sales database
  • Driving referrals, renewals and reactivations with our clients
  • Qualifying prospects via conversation
  • Completing enrollment conversations successfully
  • Uncover motivation and build value
  • Your work style must be a good balance between confident and direct yet empathetic to the prospective clients’ situation

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Metrics will be set and agreed to up front and performance will be monitored and discussed daily.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must thrive in a numbers-driven, fast paced environment. We discuss our numbers daily and you are expected to know your goals, current status and your plan to close any gaps.
  • Must “own your desk”. For us, this means total accountability. If you are assigned a topic, you are responsible for managing the process, end to end. This requires both “thinking” and “doing”.
  • Must be internally motivated as well as committed to our vision. You have clear financial goals and you are committed to accomplishing them while helping our clients be successful.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional, camera-ready presence at all times.
  • Must be an excellent listener, able to hear between the lines of what a client isn’t saying.
  • Must be a sound communicator - clear, succinct and polished.
  • Highly confident and strong executive presence when presenting to C-Suite, large audience, etc.
  • Must be able to thrive in a startup environment - We are building the plane as we fly it!
  • Must be tech savvy - Go High Level is our CRM. We use Outlook, GSuite, LastPass, LinkedIn, FB, IG, Zoom, Apple, Spotify, etc.,
