Job Title: Director of Growth Marketing

Job Location: Remote (must work 9am-6pm PST hours, can be flexible an hour or so)

Salary: $120k-$190k DOE

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing for a DTC eCommerce company

We are an eCommerce apparel company and are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Director of Growth Marketing to join our team! The ideal candidate will be an executer. We need someone who is hands-on building and managing campaigns, not just overseeing.

Position Overview: The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for driving the growth of our company's direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce channels. This role will lead all growth marketing efforts, utilizing various platforms such as Google, TikTok, and Meta, to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, as well as experience in the apparel and fashion industry.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing for a DTC eCommerce company - ideally apparel / fashion (strong focus on Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Experience managing a new customer acquisition budget of 3M+ / yr across all platforms
• Experience building and managing campaigns for Meta (TikTok & Google are nice to have's) - must be hands on, not just managing an agency who is running these campaigns
• Experience being a key contributor in creating content that is used on paid media channels - hands on with planning and producing content
• Experience hiring and promoting direct reports
