I am currently assisting a large insurance provider in hiring 40+ Customer Service Representatives !! This is a great opportunity to develop customer service skills and enhance your abilities as a call center representative while having remote flexibility. Roles do provide equipment after successful completion of training and is an open-ended long term contract.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% REMOTE (Must reside within an eligible state)
Duration: Long term, open-ended contract
Estimated Start Date: Multiple start dates July 2024 - September 2024
Schedule: Must be available for any shift Mon - Sat 8am - 8pm EST. No time off will be permitted in first 3 weeks of training.

Job Description
- Will support various Medicaid members throughout various states
- Walks consumers through how to create accounts
- Assist members in resetting passwords
- Uploads documents while answering calls from customers
- Updates billing and payment preferences
- Describes benefits and coverages to customers
- Assist members with the enrollment process and enrolling in their benefits
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- 1 year of call center (preferred)
- Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home.
- Preferred candidates reside in a CST or EST time zone
- Must have own laptop to work off of during first 3 weeks of training, equipment is provided after.
