Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives
Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Address escalated customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Manage debt collections and handle overdue payments for delinquent customers
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service management
