Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and destinations
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their overall experience
Collaborate with internal teams, including travel agents and data entry specialists, to address customer concerns and ensure the accuracy and completeness of travel-related information
Stay informed about travel industry trends, destination updates, and company promotions to effectively assist customers and promote our services
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction
