Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expert knowledge of various cruise lines, destinations, and travel packages to assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise experience tailored to their preferences and needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have throughout their journey.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the cruise industry and continually update your knowledge of new destinations, onboard activities, and travel regulations to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Manage the entire booking process, including coordinating reservations, processing payments, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cruise line representatives and other travel partners to secure the best possible rates and exclusive offers for your clients.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
• Laptop and/or Smartphone Required.
