Contract Role: 5 months (potential to extend up to 2 years)
Day-to-day responsibilities of this the role
Support and assist the Credentialing function.
Responsible for maintaining the Credentialing inbox and appropriately responding in a timely manner.
Create cases in provider system.
Generate letters to providers following departmental guidelines
Provide customer service and assist in responding to internal and external customer inquiries regarding credentialing status
Run reports for Credentialing Committee meetings. Scrub credentialing data into electronic database
Responsible for recredentialing correspondence.
Research and review Council for Affordable Healthcare Quality document the status of practitioners due for recredentialing, and relay information to the recredentialing team
Create and maintain provider rosters
Responsible for CRM submissions to the health plans
Performance Expectations/metrics For This Individual And Their Team
Upon completion of training should be responding to 60 emails daily, which includes the appropriate creation of cases in provider system

Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of data entry experience.
