The Relocation Advisor will help aid our Healthcare Professionals during their international or domestic move and help ensure we are promoting our People Strategy.

The Relocation Advisor is accountable for providing outstanding support and information

to Healthcare Professionals traveling to/from testing facilities and relocating to/within the United States. The position is accountable for ensuring that each healthcare professional arrives at their deployment location by partnering with our designated vendors. The Relocation Advisor will be responsible for maintaining customer records and providing direction to the healthcare professional covering all services offered.


Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured

  • Acts as the Conexus MedStaff main point of contact for administering the various phases of the relocation process. Organizes and manages the complete delivery of relocation services using best practices to ensure a high-quality experience
  • Conduct a thorough needs assessment at the onset of the relocation process to establish the healthcare professionals’ specific requirements and address any custom needs. Works with the healthcare professional and/or family to ensure all needs are understood and met and therefore, adjusts services and counselling to for the move process.
  • Coordinates, supports, manages, and reviews the delivery of third-party services to healthcare professionals by using Conexus MedStaff’s external supplier network.
  • Maintains relocation records, including the accurate and timely documenting of conversations, exceptions, and correspondence. Adheres to Conexus MedStaff privacy and policies standards.
  • Understands and manages costs and expenses related to relocation deliverables.
  • Provides non-clinical onboarding to Healthcare Professionals, including policy and benefits counselling, benefits introduction, settling in services

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of international and/or domestic moving experience required
  • Knowledge of relocation best practices
  • Experience managing multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with a global team across geographies and time zones
  • Direct client interaction and advisory experience would be an asset
  • Relationship building with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies
  • Management of risk
  • A track record of professional development for self
  • Educated to Bachelor Level and/or equivalent experience within healthcare staffing or similar industries or functional roles


Technical Knowledge:

  • International Relocation
  • Certified or Trained – Cultural Awareness


Other Significant Role Requirements:

  • Domestic travel as needed
