This role is responsible for coordinating agile release management processes for sales and marketing tech stack. By collaborating across teams, this role ensures the timely and successful delivery of technology releases.


Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to plan and schedule releases, taking into account business priorities, dependencies, and resource availability.

Coordinates the activities of cross-functional teams involved in the release process, including development, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.

Identifies potential risks and issues that may impact the success of releases, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Works closely with QA teams to ensure that releases undergo thorough testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability before deployment.

Oversees the deployment of releases to production environments, coordinating with operations teams to ensure a smooth and successful deployment process.

Manages the communication and documentation of changes introduced in each release, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and prepared for upcoming changes.

Monitors the performance and stability of releases post-deployment, and address any issues or incidents that arise in a timely manner.

Continuously evaluates and improves the release management process, implementing best practices and tools to streamline and optimize the release lifecycle.



Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years of related experience, required. Including experience with a focus on coordinating and managing technology releases in a complex environment, as well as release management tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines, required.

5+ years of related experience, preferred.

Industry knowledge with an understanding of release management principles, processes, and best practices.

Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical acumen with ability to utilize release management tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.

Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
