Job Summary

The Relativity SME shall provide advance-level support, training, and guidance in the use of Relativity to CFTC attorneys, investigators and to the Litigation Support Specialists. The Relativity SME shall perform specialized data analysis and identification in Relativity for search terms, date ranges, folder paths, and domain types using complex searches and custom indices (i.e. workflows, privilege screens, data prioritization) for matters involving litigation holds. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training, troubleshooting, and preparation for the next upgrade of Relativity Server.
  • Work with EDD and LSS teams to resolve issues or abnormalities in databases and/or documents.
  • Work with kCura as needed to resolve software specific issues.
  • Support and train CFTC attorneys in their use of Relativity.
  • Assist with testing Relativity software features and new releases.
  • Support Assisted Review and Analytics functions in Relativity. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications include:
  • Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five (5) years’ experience supporting Relativity for litigation case management.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience supporting Relativity Server including patching and upgrades.
  • At least ten (10) years of litigation data support experience.
  • Be a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and have at least one other Relativity certification (i.e. Analytics Specialist, Processing Specialist, Document Management Specialist, etc.. ) Preferred Qualifications:
