The Kind Of Work You’ll Be Doing

This role acts as a Staff and Vendor Liaison for Cru’s healthcare reimbursement process. Research problems or outstanding issues by reviewing computer records, paper files, and coordinating with Cru’s healthcare reimbursement vendor. Review and update healthcare reimbursement staff training materials. Process reimbursement payments and repayments.

  • Act as a vendor liaison with Cru’s health care reimbursements vendor (P&A) to research and troubleshoot issues for staff and ensure smooth communication between Cru and P&A.
  • Create and manage content related to Healthcare reimbursements issues for Cru’s internal communication platform.
  • Update training materials for healthcare reimbursement systems and provide training opportunities for staff.
  • Process daily healthcare and staff reimbursement payments.
  • Monitor staff health care reimbursement advances and healthcare adjustments. Notify staff of actions needed regarding advances and adjustments.
  • Process staff repayments to Cru for personal expenses, advances, and health care adjustments.
  • Answer inquiries via telephone, email, and Cru’s internal communication platform from individual staff members about the status and accuracy of reimbursements. Provide excellent customer service and accurate information regarding Cru policy and IRS regulation.
  • Print paper checks and advices. Maintain detailed documentation of printed checks.
  • Serve as a backup for other team members and team functions.
