Regulatory (software) Training Team Lead

LORENZ Life Sciences Group has been developing and marketing software solutions for the Life Sciences market since 1989. LORENZ has an array of Regulatory Information Management solutions geared towards industry, health authorities and academia that enable compliance enforcement globally. As the Team Lead of Education and Consulting with LORENZ’s North American team, you will lead and manage the training team and provide regulatory software training to LORENZ’s customers in the US and Canada. Responsibilities:

• Provide webinars, online and/or onsite hands-on training for LORENZ’s product suite of regulatory software solutions and support our customers in accelerating their approval processes
• Deliver presentations on various topics, including LORENZ’s new developments and/or other relevant regulatory topics at international conferences
• Design, write and/or edit training programs, course materials and other training content
• Customize training documentation for customers as contracted by customers
• Work with internal teams to develop customized product configurations and adaptations in order to optimally support customers' processes
• Share customer training experience with the development team to support new product development
• Design and develop E-Learning solutions for LORENZ products using respective authoring tools
• Design training solutions to support the sales team
• Manage customer communications with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Manage and lead the North America training team to meet department objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Regulatory Affairs or other related discipline
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must reside in the US (does not include CA, CO, NY, and WA residents)
• Previous experience in regulatory affairs and regulatory information management, including document management, submission management and product information/life cycle management
• Previous experience as a trainer or coach
• Minimum of two years of experience working and performing in leadership roles with direct reports
• Knowledge of LORENZ docuBridge or related products is desirable
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using software and technology tools
• Strong presentation, public speaking and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and remotely
• Willingness to travel per customers’ requests
