Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in the Childersburg, Alabama area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance within all departments regarding chemical, environmental, and safety
• Control, reduce, and mitigate occupational hazards
• Recommend changes to bring compliance
• Lead Safety Data Sheet compliance
• Help with applying for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals
• Perform OSHA reporting and internal reporting
• Work with HR for workers' compensation claims
  
  

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of compliance experience
• Auditing experience
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, ADEM, DOT, and other regulatory agencies
