Regulatory and Licensing Specialist

HYBRID SCHEDULE - 3 DAYS REMOTE Randstad is working with an exceptional non-profit organization as they seek to hire a compliance specialist. This position will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all regulatory and licensing activities for the organization. Licensing activities are inclusive of, but not limited to, developing plans of corrections with operators in response to violations, validating plans of correction completion, interfacing with oversight agencies, and using compliance software to monitor trends in licensing to develop consistency in business process and response. salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Maintains a robust understanding of new and existing regulations and licensing
• requirements that may impact the organization.
• Actively promotes compliance at all levels of the organization.
• Conducts regular audits and reviews of policy and processes to identify and evaluate non-
• compliance issues and organizational risk.
• Maintains and manages data and files related to audits and compliance issues.
• Regularly reviews documentation to assess compliance.
• Assists in submission of required reports and documentation to local, state, federal, and
• international agencies.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to assess and analyze audit findings to determine root
• causes of identified non-compliance issues and corrective action plans.
• Explains and clarifies regulations, procedures, and policies to all employees and
• stakeholders as necessary.
• In collaboration with the compliance team, receives compliance issues and collaborates with
• other departments to direct concerns for investigation and resolution.
• Assists in developing responses and plans of correction to alleged violations of rules,
• regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct.
